Reality Brings 1,700+ Tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs to Morph Through Bitget Wallet

Eligible users can access more than 1,700 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, known as rTokens, through the Stocks section of Bitget Wallet. rTokens are issued by Reality and can be held and transferred on Morph. They are designed to provide economic exposure to underlying U.S. securities, but they are not direct ownership of brokerage shares and may not include shareholder rights such as voting.

In this integration, Reality issues and manages rTokens, Bitget Wallet provides the trading interface, and Morph provides the blockchain infrastructure.

What are rTokens?

rTokens are tokenized representations of U.S. stocks and ETFs issued by Reality, Bitget's real-world asset issuance platform.

Each rToken is designed to provide economic exposure to a corresponding underlying security. According to Reality, every token is fully backed by the relevant asset, with the underlying securities held through a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and reserves subject to independent third-party attestations.

rTokens are issued as onchain assets. This means they can be held in a self-custodial wallet and transferred on supported blockchain networks. Reality also manages relevant corporate actions. Eligible dividends are distributed in stablecoins, while holdings are adjusted proportionately when the underlying stock undergoes a split.

rTokens provide exposure to the value and economic performance of the underlying securities. They are not the same as holding shares directly through a brokerage account and may not provide shareholder rights such as voting.

How Reality, Bitget Wallet and Morph work together

Each participant plays a different role in making rTokens accessible onchain.

Reality issues and manages the rTokens

Reality is responsible for creating the tokenized representations, maintaining the relationship between each token and its underlying security, and administering reserves and corporate actions.

Bitget Wallet is the trading interface

Users discover and trade rTokens through the Stocks section of Bitget Wallet. From there, they can search for an eligible stock or ETF, select Reality as the protocol and place a market or limit order. Bitget Wallet is therefore the user-facing access point for the service.

Morph is the onchain infrastructure

Reality deploys support for rTokens on Morph, allowing the resulting assets to be recorded, held and transferred on the Morph network.

Morph does not issue the rTokens or operate the Bitget Wallet interface. Our role is to provide the underlying blockchain infrastructure through which the assets exist and transactions are recorded onchain.

Expanding the utility of assets on Morph

Morph is building an onchain environment in which stablecoins can be used across payments and financial services.

With Morph Payments, businesses and individuals can accept and send stablecoins internationally. Stablecoins held on Morph can also be deployed into eligible onchain yield opportunities.

The arrival of Reality rTokens adds another form of utility. Using supported stablecoins, users can access tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs through Bitget Wallet, with the acquired assets held on Morph.

The integration makes it easier for users to move between these different types of onchain assets without leaving their wallet environment and changing chains.

Making rTokens available on Morph expands the range of assets that users can access and hold within the network.

Reality supplies the tokenized assets and manages their relationship with the underlying securities. Bitget Wallet provides the trading and portfolio interface. Morph provides the blockchain infrastructure on which the assets can be held and transferred.

Together, the integration gives eligible users a more direct route from stablecoins to tokenized U.S. equity and ETF exposure while keeping the experience onchain.
