Morph Partners With Gauntlet and Morpho to Bring Institutional-Grade DeFi Yield to Bitget and Bitget Wallet Users
Morph is excited to announce a multi-party collaboration with Gauntlet, a premier risk and yield curator, and Morpho, a leading onchain lending and borrowing protocol, to bring institutional-grade DeFi strategies to Bitget’s global user base.
Through this collaboration, users will be able to access Gauntlet strategies, and Morpho, on Morph directly through Bitget Earn and Bitget Wallet, with the convenience of onchain lending, borrowing, collateral management, and strategy access abstracted into a simpler user experience.
The initial product offering centers on ~3% BTC yield vault and a ~18% USDC yield vault, allowing users to simply deposit Bitcoin or USDC to earn yield while Gauntlet manages the underlying strategies, all complexity abstracted away.
This collaboration brings together several critical layers of the onchain financial stack:
- Gauntlet deploys quantitative vault strategies and risk-managed curation
- Morpho provides the open credit network
- Chainlink supports critical real-time oracle infrastructure and cross-chain data integrity
- Redstone supports the market data and risk layer.
- Bitget provides distribution through Bitget Earn
- Morph provides the Layer 2 infrastructure that enables the speed, cost efficiency, and composability required for the product experience
Together, we create a simpler path for users to access more advanced DeFi strategies without needing to manage the full complexity of the underlying infrastructure themselves.
Institutional-Grade DeFi, Packaged for Users
DeFi has created powerful financial primitives, but many of those products still require users to manage too much on their own.
To access lending, borrowing, yield, collateral, bridges, wallets, and risk parameters directly, users often need a high level of crypto-native knowledge. That limits the number of people who can confidently use these products, even when the underlying infrastructure is strong.
By bringing Gauntlet strategies and Morpho into Bitget Earn through Morph, users can access onchain financial products through a familiar, simplified interface. The stack underneath remains powerful, but the front-end experience becomes easier to understand and easier to use.
That matters because the next phase of DeFi will not be defined only by better protocols. It will be defined by better packaging, better risk infrastructure, better distribution, and better user experience.
BTC-Backed Strategies Through Bitget Earn
The initial product offering focuses on BTC-backed strategies managed by Gauntlet. This creates a more capital-efficient path for BTC holders who want to access liquidity or strategy exposure without fully exiting their BTC position.
This is an important use case because Bitcoin has historically been treated as a passive asset by many holders. Bringing BTC into structured onchain lending and yield strategies creates new ways for users to make their assets more productive.
At the same time, the product is designed to be accessed through Bitget Earn, meaning the experience can be delivered through a simpler interface rather than requiring users to manually interact with every layer of DeFi infrastructure.
Building Toward Real Financial Use Cases
Morph is building toward a future where onchain infrastructure supports real financial products at scale.
That includes payments, stablecoins, settlement, lending, yield, collateral, and consumer-facing financial applications that require strong infrastructure underneath and simple experiences on the surface.
This collaboration with Gauntlet, Morpho, Chainlink, Redstone, Bitget Wallet, and Bitget is another step in that direction.
Money at the speed of life.
