# Zootosis: The DeFi Rewards Adventure Begins

Zootosis is now live - a bold new event from Morph and Mitosis designed to reward early participants, deepen liquidity, and offer real token incentives to those helping shape the next chapter of onchain finance.

### What is Zootosis?

Zootosis is an onchain yield event powered by Mitosis, built to grow sustainable, long-term liquidity within the Morph ecosystem. It marks the debut of Matrix Vaults on Morph - designed to let users access dual rewards with full flexibility.

By depositing into Matrix Vaults, users receive points called Zoots. These points determine your share of the total Morph and Mitosis token rewards. No lockups are required, but the longer you stay, the more Zoots you receive.
